ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs our Insurance Account Associate for Chris Greaver State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Virginia. Grow your career as you better your community.   • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
